These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mission 99 ("Mission 99," "the App," or "the Service"), developed and operated by TokakTech ("TokakTech," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, subscribing to, or using Mission 99, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Mission 99 is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA") and the applicable Apple App Store terms are incorporated into and form an integral part of these Terms.

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA and do not replace it. If there is any conflict concerning the licensing, installation, purchase, subscription, or use of the iOS application, the Apple Standard EULA and applicable Apple App Store terms will control to the extent required.
If you do not agree to these Terms or the applicable Apple Standard EULA, do not download, install, access, subscribe to, or use Mission 99.

Mission 99 is an independent educational study application that provides practice questions, explanations, progress tools, and related educational materials designed to help users prepare for the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery ("ASVAB").
The App and its content are provided solely for educational, practice, and self-assessment purposes.
Mission 99 does not provide official examination services, military recruitment services, legal advice, career guarantees, or government services.
